Allen S. Wuchenich is Of Counsel and practices in the areas of alternative dispute resolution, corporate, commercial and business law.
In 1964, Mr. Wuchenich received his Bachelor of Law degree from the Dickinson School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College in 1961.
Mr. Wuchenich was associated with the firm from 1964 through 1971. In 1972, Mr. Wuchenich joined the law department of Westinghouse Electric Corporation where he was Associate General Counsel from 1984 until his retirement in 1996. During the course of his career, Mr. Wuchenich had responsibility for all legal matters of Westinghouse’s Industrial, Power Systems and Commercial Groups. While at Westinghouse, Mr. Wuchenich also managed the intellectual property and international legal staffs, served as a member of the Management Committee of the Knoll Group, a Westinghouse business unit, and was the Westinghouse representative to the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution. In 1985, Mr. Wuchenich completed the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. In 1997, he returned to Jones, Gregg as Of Counsel.
Mr. Wuchenich is admitted to practice before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Wuchenich is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
