David M. Huntley is a partner and practices in the areas of commercial, corporate, business law and litigation, labor and employment law, insurance defense litigation, and personal injury.
In 1990, Mr. Huntley received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science/History from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986.
Prior to joining the firm in 1994, Mr. Huntley served as in-house counsel for a national commercial and industrial roofing contractor, where he supervised, monitored, and performed litigation in various areas of the law.
He was instrumental in the formation and implementation of the Castle Shannon Area Chamber of Commerce, serving as its first President/Director in 1985 and Vice-President/Director in 1992. He has also served as pro bono legal counsel to business and community organizations.
Mr. Huntley serves as legal counsel on labor and employment matters for various retail, manufacturing, and service-related businesses. He also conducts seminars on a variety of topics, including labor and employment and general business law issues.
Mr. Huntley is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and the Civil Litigation, Federal Court, and Banking and Commercial Law Sections of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
