Jones, Gregg, Creehan & Gerace, LLP maintains a specialty practice in assisting purchasers and sellers of unique deferred financial assets. We obtain requisite court approval of transfers of the right to receive payments originating from structured settlement obligations, under newly enacted regulatory statutes including the Pennsylvania Structured Settlement Protection Act, and the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act.

Jones Gregg attorneys have successfully obtained approval in courts spanning the entire states of Pennsylvania and West Virginia on behalf of several leading so-called “factoring companies,” the sum of those transactions rising into the several millions of dollars. Jones Gregg also pursues collection of defaulted transactions secured by structured settlement payment streams through litigation in state and federal courts.
