Jones, Gregg, Creehan & Gerace’s insurance practice encompasses all aspects of insurance law. We assist insurers in drafting policy language, investigating and defending first and third-party property and personal injury claims and pursuing subrogation. We are frequently engaged as coverage counsel with respect to all lines, including property, liability, auto, life, health and accident insurance. Since the passage of Pennsylvania’s bad faith statute in 1990, our insurance attorneys have frequently been called upon to provide training to claim handlers and routinely serve as bad faith counsel. Our insurance law practice is national in scope.
